Shipping and Refund Policy

After ordering a training package, the following is done:

1. There is no physical product shipped by LBD Training.  All plans/questionnaires/updates are sent via Email.
2. Questionnaire email is sent within 24 hours after purchase
3. Please provide accurate/active email at checkout
4. Fill out Questionnaire in timely manner (unless we have made arrangement to start your plan at a later date)
5. Please allow up to 5 days for your personalized plan to be sent

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Once you have purchased a plan, there is no refund.
