Training Program


The personal training is upon your request and goal, our workout program will be planned up after your first day assessments which is including physical and aerobic test to evaluate your stamina and body composition.

Our training as mentioned above depend on your goal contained of fitness boxing exercise, freestyle exercises, aerobic, TRX training, HIIT, Weight lifting, etc to achieve your goal faster.

Personal Training program is 10 – 15 or 20 sessions in a months upon clients request and each session’s duration is 1 hour.

Personal training rate of a month is depend on your location & training time.
